Workshop, media and training prices exclude GST; 18% is added on the tax invoice. Kit MRPs already include GST. Your CA can confirm how it applies to your institution.

Multi-session packages

JOVE Quarter, Year and Club follow the payment schedule set out in your proposal — agreed with you before anything is booked.

Bank transfer or UPI

Pay against our invoice by bank transfer or UPI. Every payment is acknowledged with a receipt.

01How is pricing calculated?

Per student, by grade group: ₹249 (Grades 1–2), ₹349 (Grades 3–5), ₹449 (Grades 6–8) and ₹549 (Grades 9–10), plus GST. The minimum for a JOVE Day is 200 students. Kits, certificates and the Media Pack are included.

02What if we have fewer than 200 students?

A JOVE Day is planned for 200+ students and billed at a minimum of ₹70,000 (ex-GST), so smaller schools can still book — the estimator shows the top-up. For smaller groups that want regular sessions, JOVE Club starts at 25 students.

03How is JOVE Quarter different from booking three JOVE Days?

It is 3 JOVE Days that build on each other (Level 1 → 2 → 3), priced at ₹649 – ₹1,399 per student for the quarter — about 13–15% less than three separate days. It adds a teacher orientation, student progress reports with skill badges, an end-of-quarter showcase for parents and priority dates.

04What is the free Media Pack?

Our in-house film studio, FrameMind AI Studio, shoots your JOVE Day and delivers 3–4 cinematic reels, a full-day highlight film, drone aerial shots, 30+ edited photos and a principal testimonial clip — ready for your school's social media and admissions campaigns.

05Do students take the kits home?

Workshop kits are reused by JOVE (so the price stays low). Schools can add take-home kits for every student at a bulk price — or parents can order them from our online store.

06When do we pay, and is GST included?

For a JOVE Day, 50% of the fee confirms your date and the balance is due within 7 days of the workshop. Prices are per student and exclude GST (18% is added on the invoice); online kit prices include GST.

07What do you need from the school?

A hall or classrooms for each session, a projector or screen, power points, tables for team stations, and permission for photography and drone shots. We bring everything else.

08Can we try it before booking?

Yes — explore our free Virtual Labs online with your students. They're the same journeys we run offline, from theory to a hands-on simulation.
