A founder calls you
Within 1 working day
We listen first: your grades, your headcount, your hall, your calendar. No sales script, just a conversation about what would work for your school.
STEP 02
Campus visit or online demo
At a time that suits you
We visit your campus where it is practical, or walk you and your coordinators through a JOVE Day online, so you can see exactly what students will build.
STEP 03
You receive a proposal
In writing, GST shown separately
A clear proposal with the schedule, grade-wise pricing, what the school provides and what we bring, including your free Media Pack.
STEP 04
Your date is locked
50% advance
You pay a 50% advance and the date is yours. The balance is due within 7 days of the JOVE Day. After that we handle the rest, from parent consent forms to the final film.
Based in India
Our team brings the whole JOVE Day to your campus. If your school is far from our base, we will cover travel and logistics in your proposal, so there are no surprises later.

What exactly happens on a JOVE Day?
Our team arrives at 7:30 am, opens with a live robot and drone show for the whole school, then runs age-specific hands-on sessions for each grade group through the day, and closes with a showcase and certificate ceremony. Every student builds and tests something real.
How is pricing calculated?
Per student, by grade group: ₹249 (Grades 1–2), ₹349 (Grades 3–5), ₹449 (Grades 6–8) and ₹549 (Grades 9–10), plus GST. The minimum for a JOVE Day is 200 students. Kits, certificates and the Media Pack are included.
What do you need from the school?
A hall or classrooms for each session, a projector or screen, power points, tables for team stations, and permission for photography and drone shots. We bring everything else.
Are your trainers safe and verified?
Every JOVE trainer is background-verified, trained on our safety SOP and child-protection policy, and works under a founder's supervision. All kits are low-voltage and child-safe.
